Through a network of interconnected “IN” initiatives, the organization develops programs focused on education, technology, environmental action, cultural preservation, tourism innovation, leadership development, social inclusion, and community resilience.
Each initiative addresses specific social and developmental challenges while remaining connected through a shared vision: empowering people, strengthening communities, and creating pathways toward sustainable and inclusive development.

Cultural Discovery & Community Tourism Initiative
IN-Trip promotes sustainable community-based tourism, cultural immersion, and regional discovery experiences that connect people with Haiti’s culture, communities, landscapes, and local traditions.

Digital Innovation & Skills Development Initiative
IN-Tech focuses on digital inclusion, technology access, remote work readiness, and innovation-driven opportunities for underserved youth and communities.
The initiative promotes digital literacy, communication skills, entrepreneurship, online employment preparation, and technology-enabled community empowerment to help young people participate in the global digital economy.
IN-Green Haiti
Environmental & Sustainability Initiative
IN-Green promotes environmental awareness, community resilience, ecological preservation, reforestation, and youth participation in sustainability initiatives across Haiti.
The initiative encourages local environmental action, climate resilience education, and community engagement designed to protect natural resources while building a stronger relationship between communities and their environment.
IN-Law Haiti
Justice, Legal Advocacy & Human Rights Initiative
IN-Law is an initiative dedicated to promoting justice, legal advocacy, and access to support for vulnerable individuals who are abandoned, marginalized, or wrongly condemned without adequate legal representation.
The initiative is founded on the belief that freedom, dignity, and justice should not depend on social status or financial resources. IN-Law seeks to connect vulnerable individuals with compassionate legal support, advocacy networks, and socially engaged professionals committed to defending human rights and equal access to justice.
The initiative also aims to encourage a new generation of socially conscious legal professionals by creating opportunities for young lawyers, legal advocates, and civic-minded professionals to contribute their skills toward meaningful community impact and humanitarian legal assistance.
Through collaboration, awareness, advocacy, and legal support initiatives, IN-Law aspires to strengthen justice, human dignity, and access to legal protection for underserved communities.
IN-Between
Global Civil Society & Human Connection Initiative
IN-Between is an initiative dedicated to strengthening dialogue, cooperation, and peaceful collaboration between civil societies across the world beyond political, religious, racial, or geopolitical divisions.
The initiative promotes human connection, intercultural understanding, solidarity, and people-centered diplomacy rooted in mutual respect, shared humanity, and peaceful exchange.
IN-Between seeks to create bridges between communities, youth groups, organizations, educators, professionals, and grassroots actors from different cultures and regions through collaborative initiatives, cultural exchange, dialogue platforms, educational engagement, and community partnerships.
By encouraging cooperation without political interference, the initiative aims to promote understanding, inclusion, peacebuilding, and global civic collaboration while strengthening relationships between communities facing different realities and histories.

Water Resilience & Environmental Restoration
Ennery and the surrounding mountainous areas near Gonaïves represent an important pilot zone for environmental restoration, watershed protection, water access, and climate resilience initiatives.
The region’s environmental vulnerability and historical exposure to devastating floods highlight the urgent need for sustainable solutions linking water infrastructure, ecological restoration, reforestation, and community resilience.
Projects such as Gatereau Vert aim to combine water access, gravity-fed distribution systems, and environmental restoration efforts designed to strengthen both local livelihoods and ecological sustainability while engaging youth and communities in long-term stewardship initiatives.
